Call or Text

Verify that you have a leak in your water line by calling your local water authority. Your local water authority can determine if the leaking water is treated/uncontaminated water, which would determine that there is a leak in the water service; or the water may be untreated which is ground water. This is usually a free service.

WHY DO WATER LINES BREAK?

Water lines break for many different reasons including ground conditions surrounding the pipe (tree roots, rock, etc), defective material, age, temperature changes causing ground shifts, and normal wear and tear.

WHO SHOULD WE CHOOSE?

US, of course! You should choose your contractor wisely. Ask for references. Ours are available upon request. If available, we will supply you with references from your own neighborhood.

You should always check with the Better Business Bureau to see if a contractor has any complaints. Protect yourself from unsatisfactory performance, contact them today at www.bbb.org or (202) 393-8000.

NEW HOME BUYERS

If you are buying a home, you may notice polybutylene pipe was replaced inside the home. If this is the case, it may not have been replaced outside. This pipe is defective. Some homes have copper showing through the floor or wall to the outside. This does not mean the pipe is copper all the way to the street. Save yourself the cost of the replacement prior to your purchase, call us for a free inspection.
